Hotel Biney

Fatima was so helpful and kind. She contacted me by email to ensure that my access to the property was smooth as I arrived in the middle of the night. I also had to leave early in the morning and even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me sort out transportation to the train station. She also offered me a hot drink although it was not breakfast time yet. This was a lovely, clean, central location hotel and I will stay again.

Hotel near to the Cathedral, the old town and the museum. In that area is not easy to find somebody that speaks in english but in this hotel there is Fatima that is very nice, kind and she always try to speak in english and make your life easier. Thank you Fatima!

We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of Hotel Biney! The location was spot on and perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area. It was central but in a quiet location. The room was spacious and had everything we needed/wanted. Tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, toiletries and an electric fan! The beds were very comfortable indeed and the aspect onto the small front courtyard was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially with heloing us sort out a taxi back to the airport - nothing was too much trouble. I am hoping to come back to Rodez sometime in the future and will most certainly book Hotel Biney again!

Good location. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.
